Kathmandu – 10 Years

Ten years ago we celebrated the initiation of our “Milk & Rice” and “Fruit on Fridays” programs at the Orchid Garden Nepal (OGN) Daycare Center in Kathmandu, Nepal. At that time, we were thrilled to have sixty children in the programs. Today, ten years later, we have nearly three hundred. Over this time, we have been able to supplement the children’s diet with substantially more protein, and have continued the “Fruit on Fridays” program, which provides the only fruit in their diet. Above, we share photos of these precious children in the loving care of OGN.

                       Over this time, Keenan’s spirit and love of children has continued to be our inspiration.
